About the Yoga classes
The classes are energetic and dynamic. They promote a deep awareness of the breath and are designed to meet the needs of beginners, intermediate and advanced students (Maria teaches at multiple levels). At the retreat we have two classes per day. The sessions last two hours and are more vigarous in the morning and more restorative in the evening. The classes are held in a spacious stone hall, which dates back to the 16th century. |
| The Food
The kitchen prepares locally grown, organic vegetarian gourmet cuisine. Meals are served in a beautiful garden veranda.
