Yogadventure is the opportunity to practice Yoga fairly intensively for one week in the relaxed and magical setting of southern Italy, while also enjoying wonderful meals, walks in the countryside, good company and trips to the nearby beaches and historical sites.
The Yogadventure retreats will be held at the Il Portico retreat center, in the region of Apulia, approximately 250 miles south of Rome. Il Portico is set in the beautiful scenery of Valle d'Itria, surrounded by the evergreen of the olive trees. The valley is 15 miles from the lovely beaches of the Adriatic Sea and 23 miles from the Ionian Sea. At 1200 feet above sea level Il Portico welcomes you with the magical domes of six Trulli and three Lamie, a residential structure that dates back to the 16th Century.
